Conference Registration

Representatives of AVS member bodies: The AVS workgroup members meeting held every three months is an internal meeting of AVS. AVS member representatives can participate for free and do not need to pay the conference registration fee. The conference affairs group offers conference venue and facilities, wireless network, conference lunch and other necessary conference services during the conference free of charge for the participants. The list of AVS member units can be checked on the list of AVS member units.

Member body representative registration: enter registration

Representatives of non-AVS members: Representatives of non-AVS member units must pay a standard conference registration fee of 4000RMB/person. The registration fee does not include expenses incurred by the representative, such as accommodation, meals and travel. The list of AVS member units can be checked on the list of AVS member units.
