The 83rd AVS Workgroup Meeting
Notes for Participation

In order to ensure smooth and orderly progress of this AVS Workgroup Meeting, and to protect the work results of AVS experts, the following basic regulations are made for the procedural matters related to the conference. Representatives of all units are requested to cooperate and comply with the following:

1. Participant's Identity

• The unit must be a registered member unit of AVS and participate in the conference on behalf of the unit.
• The basic personal information of the participants has been put on record in the AVS Secretariat. Participants who have not been filed must present a copy of their ID card, a letter of recommendation from the unit to participate in the conference, and the official seal of the unit.
• Participants are only allowed to participate in the topic group meeting where they belong, that is, the topic group that I applied to join when filing with the Secretariat.
• Register online for the conference in advance and provide corresponding personal registration information.
• For other participants under special circumstances, please contact the secretariat in advance to determine the matters of participation.

2. Conference sign-in

• Participants are requested to sign at the sign-in counter of the conference affairs group before the conference, and receive relevant conference materials.
• Each thematic group meeting needs to sign in separately. When the participants are also participating in other thematic group meetings, they need to sign in in the corresponding thematic group.

3. Other matters needing attention

• During the meeting, if other needs arise temporarily, please contact the staff of the Secretariat to solve them.
• There may be many ill-considerations in this notice for participation, which need to be improved. Experts are welcome to provide your valuable opinions and insights.
