Note:
a. The secretariat of AVS workgroup reserves rights to interpret the documents above.
b. How to send AVS these forms?
Firstly send to AVS (contact us) via E-mail three electronic forms, namely, AVS application Form, Registration form and Default Licensing Form, which could be downloaded above. After initial interview by AVS and once when the electronic forms are deemed as qualified, we will inform you by e-mail to post to us the originally executed hard copy of all the four application forms listed above.

3.Fees and bank information
The expenses of the AVS are primarily met by the membership fees paid by AVS member bodies. Members shall pay an annual membership fees. The current annual dues are 16000 RMB Yuan per year.
For the first payment of the new applicant for AVS membership, if it happens in the first half of the year (January 1st to June 30th), fees of the whole year have to be paid, if in the second half of the year (July 1st to December 31st), half of the fees paid. Fees shall be due and payable upon written commitment to join the Working Group.
Dues shall apply to the twelve-month period beginning on the first day of the year, and shall be due and payable by the end of the year. Members shall pay fees for the next year at the end of this year, provided membership is retained for the year to come. If any Member is delinquent in the payment of dues, such Member’s rights shall be deemed suspended upon written notice from the Working Group until all delinquent dues are paid.

Membership class
AVS classifies its members into Official members and Observing members. The distinction between the two is clarified in AVS Bylaws .
As stipulated in Section 3.3 Rights of Members, Official Members shall have voting rights in the Working Group for all purposes under these Bylaws. Observing Members shall have no voting rights unless otherwise provided in the Constitution or these Bylaws. Beyond the difference concerning the voting rights, the Official Members and Observing Members shall enjoy the same rights and bear the same obligations.
The amount of membership fees for official members and observing member is the same.
