English Spec.
1. Brief
Due to that the working language of AVS is Chinese and its
standards are also drafted in Chinese, when an AVS standard
shall be or soon to be approved as Chinese national
standard, AVS secretariat will manage to translate into
English the standard in the phase of ODA (Output Draft for
Approval), in order to facilitate the work of some AVS-promoters
and product manufacturers who do not have command of Chinese
language.
